RoHS & REACH compliant Deion The SM9541 Series is a digital, low pressure MEMS sens family offering state-of-the-art pressure transducer technology CMOS mixed signal processing technology to produce a digital, fully conditioned, multi-der pressure temperature compensated sens in JEDEC stard SOIC-16 package with a dual vertical pting option. It is available in both compound gage differential pressure configurations. With the dual pting, a vacuum-gage measurement is possible to minimize altitude errs due to changes in ambient pressure. Combining the pressure sens with a signal-conditioning ASIC in a single package simplifies the use of advanced silicon micro-machined pressure senss. The pressure sens can be mounted directly on a stard printed circuit board a high level, calibrated pressure signal can be acquired from the digital interface. This eliminates the need f additional circuitry, such as a compensation wk microcontroller containing a custom crection algithm. The SM9541 is shipped in sticks tape & reel Qualification Stards .
